Hi,
I ordered Samsung 322 litre Frost free double door 2 Star Convertible refrigerator with digital inverter on 5 August, received the same on 8 Aug.
I received the totally damaged product, there are body dents and scratches.The delivery guy refused to cancel the order and forced me to accept it and then told me to ask for replacement after delivery. They delivered the product on E-rickshaw in rural area, where there are no proper roads. Totally disgusting. I experienced very poor service during delivery. I requested for replacement but flipkart rejected my replacement request twice without any reason.
I want replacement any any cost otherwise I want full compensation. The technician visit date mentioned was 26th of August but they rejected my request without any technician visit..
I received totally damaged product and now I am helpless, i am not able to raise any replacement request. The concerned team didn’t provide any resolution for my request and they just cancelled my request twice..
The customer support executive saying that technician visit completed, but no technician visit is happened neither any installation and demo.
I have been struggling since 20 days for my product.. I already shared all the images/videos /invoice as requested and there are no response from flipkart.
Please provide me the replacement product or provide me full compensation.
