Text of Complaint by Vishakha Mandrawadkar:

Hello,

I had ordered a bookshelf on 29th March 2023 via Flipkart and there were several delays with the delivery, the reason being some issue from the seller’s side.

Then, I decided to cancel the purchase as I no longer required it.

There was no option to cancel. After haggling with the customer care exec, my order was cancelled.

The refund request was processed and it was told to me that it has been completed by the seller and I’ve received the amount.

But I did not. I have contacted the customer care team 7 times now and they tell me the same thing. I have not received any money. On their advice, I checked with the UPI support team and with the bank. But nothing.

The customer care team just tells me to wait, or to contact the UPI gateway team or the bank.

They say that they can’t see the seller details to contact them directly.

It has been a month, and I’d like to get to the bottom of this.

Please help. Thank you.
