i had ordered a chemistry handbag from Flipkart on 22 march Nd raised a return request on 22 itself becoz I didnt liked the bag but due to lockdown it was picked up by the delivery partner but the refund is not received to me till now…it’s now almost 15 days Nd whenever I try to contact thm they keep on making excuse Nd keep on extending the time to resolve the problem …but nothing happens.. and when I asked them to give me the transaction I’d they denied that we don’t have that
