According to them refund had been processed by 04 feb 22 the refund reference number is NFT-203100072GN00270 and NFT-203100072GN00268 but it’s isn’t reflected in bank account. Actually they put my debit card no. Instead of my bank account no. I send them my bank statement numerous times but issue not resolved yet and it’s been more than a month. I send them sbi Grievience cell mail also which clearly says that the neft reference no. amount had been refunded as instead of bank account no., debit card no. Is written
