Text of Complaint by Jyotsana:

 

I had two refund from flipkart of amount 535/- and 1275/- 

According to them refund had been processed by 05 Jul 21 the refund reference number is NFT-062400587GN00008 and NFT-062400040GN00161 but it’s isn’t reflected in bank account. Actually they put my debit card no. Instead of my bank account no. I send them my bank statement numerous times but issue not resolved yet and it’s been more than a month. I send them pnb Grievience cell mail also which clearly says that the neft reference no. amount had been refunded as instead of bank account no., debit card no. Is written. 

Backend team called me up to visit my bank that’s too was in vain as nobody helped. 

I’m in delimma what to do next?

Flipkart is asking me to fill chargeback form and submit it’s id no. but I contacted my branch and customer care of pnb both but they denied that there is no any such thing called chargeback form? 

Now, flipkart is saying we had refunded it’s showing successful so we can’t do anything about it but I haven’t received the money, I showed them my passbook, and pnb Grievience cell mail which clearly state that the NEFT is returned to flipkart. So what should I do now?

What should be done next, my money haven’t returned yet?
