purchased micro oven through flipkart i received the defective piece which was stopped working with in two days then i raised for my refund they accepted for that and they completed my return pick and they are not providing my refund when i make call they will provide a promise date and they will say that u will be getting resolutions from the backed department and the backed department will never resolve the issue from last one hand of month they are not instating my refund
