I ordered a product (Career 1.5 ton AC) from Flipkart worth Rs.38098 on 8th Dec 2022 through HDFC CREDIT CARD. My order id is OD326735363867170100. My order was not confirmed and they processed my refund amount on 10th Dec 2022 (they told me that this amount should be credited to your account by 20th Dec 2022) to my HDFC Credit card account. They are giving excuses like system is down & call again later. I contacted the Flipkart team so many times but nothing happened. They only told me to ask your bank, go to the grievance cell or complaint for charge back form. I did everything but I was unable to find money. Flipkart were not giving me the seller account details or right transaction number. Without these transaction details the bank will not entertain me. This procedure wasted my time a lot. Till date this amount (38098) is not received. I am very disappointed. If the seller is really initiated or flipkart really initiated my money, it would be reflected in my account in maximum one week. This is a fraud against me.
