i bought an syska power bank 10000 mah from flipkart on 13th may the product is not good power bank battery not staying much and its taking too much time to charge my phone so through app i tried to return the product but after trying 5 to 6 times returning the product its getting rejected when i call flipkart customer care they say problem will be solved soon and say a specific date but problem not solved.
last time when i called flipkart customer care saying you should send aadhar card copy to get refund because seller is demanding like it we cant do anything .when i send that still no response. flipkart is irritating me really irresponsible ridiculous please need solution for it
