I have bought redmi note 11 pro 5g phone from flipkart with imei no 860041056804647 and serial no 38158/E2RT08750 invoice no FAJW0G2400016140
received my parcel on the date 17-2-24
I have an issue of having black screen or disrupted screen while using youtube
I have reached to the service centre for the repair
After 2 days they provide me the information that my phone has secondary sale and cant be repair and provide me with the job sheet
And from then i am continually in contact with flipkart customer care and providing them all of the documents but they are denying that they cant access job sheet with the no
