Text of Complaint by pavan Gowd:

I have purchased Flipkart protection scheme for my mobile for 1 year on 18th march 2021 my screen got damaged on 23rd of December 2021immediately i have raised complaint for screen replacement they told me to upload pics of damaged screen for claim id CLCM24122100604 and i sent all the pics on 24th of December I got a mail & message stating that the documents are not received through remainder mail again i have sent the all the pics as they stated after on 27th of Dec i got mail from jeeves mentioning the claim got rejected due to unclear documents, on 27th of Dec again i raised claim request with ID CLCMG04012200343 again i have sent the Pics as mentioned in mail after two days the claim got rejected due to same reason i called to flipkart and raised compliant against jeeves they said they will talk with concerned team and assured me that the problem will be resolved and raised claim with ID CLCMG04012200343 on 4th January 2022 and gain i sent the all the pics after one day i got remainder mail mentioning that the documents are not received again i have sent the pics as per the mail now gain i received mail and message mentioning the claim got rejected due to unclear pics, kindly take the complaint against flipkak-jeeves team as they are cheating public and looting money with the name of complete protection and they are not giving any service.
