I had purchased Flipkart Screen Damage Protection Plant along with Google Pixel 6a from Flipkart.
My phone screen got damaged and I initiated for screen repair on dated 16th August 2023. After two days i,e, on 18th August 2023 they asked me to pay Rs. 1500/- processing fee which I paid within 15 minutes and shared screenshot of the same via mail to Flipkart Protect.
After this their never ending waiting time of two days started. Till now they have requested at least 5 times to wait for 2 days for pickup of my phone for repair.
Its been more than 12 days from the date of intimation of claim but still their two days waiting time has not ended.
This company is a full fraud and they harass you mentally. Its been more than 13 days my phone is damaged and they haven’t even picked it up for repair.
By taking insurance from Flipkart Protect (Jeeves Consumer Services) be ready for mental harassment and to call and mail them daily to get no solution.
