I am Sushmita Sadhukha. I am a customer of flipkart .my registered mobile number in flipkart is 9830707335.and my registered mail id in flipkart is [email protected] bought a coffee table from flipkart .my order id is OD328323133451871100. but as the table is damaged & its quality is very poor. So I returned the product to flipkart and asked for my money refund.
I ordered the product on flipkart on 10th June and the product was delivered to me on 22nd June till today 19th July after the date they have given for the resolving date but it has not been resolved.
But till now my problem is not solved. The technician who came was a very rude person . 3 times my return request was canceled and the 3rd time with no technician visit reported as problem resolution. I want to return the product and refund my money
