Dear Flipkart,
I’m raising a complaint to get the Refund with compensation for order ID OD119737236888317000 Toshiba U50 Series 126cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV. It was ordered on 19 Sep 2020 & expected to be delivered on 22 Sep 2020.
However, there was an unexpected delay in delivery and it is more than 20 days since the product is not delivered. Now, I don’t trust the integrity of the product as there can be the possibility of malpractice/miscarriage with the product by the delivery boy within this huge gap.
I have contacted the customer care several times and conveyed to customer care and in return they have shared the new dates for delivery. Finally, I logged the complaints IN20092510583120527394 and IN20101510131835638303 to cancel the order. Even these complaints are not processed by customer care properly stating unable to process further on this.
I would like to also know what are the policies if the product is not delivered since one month but EMIs are deducted properly on time. The product was ordered on credit card EMI & I need the resolution on this because I will not not bear the financial loss.
