This mail is in regards the POCO M2 i placed an order on sept 21st and received on 23 sept , when i received the packet the external pack was well sealed and when i opened the packet inside the therma cole was broken and there is no product , after that i immediately raised a complaint by choosing the missing product after that the team said its not required to collect the packet and refund will be provided to the account and initially the date was given on 5th oct 2020 and when i contact the customer care on the same day which was told the issue will get resolved and amount will be refunded in another 2 days from there the dates were getting keep postponed from 8th, 10, 11, 12, 15 , 18
I received a call from backend team on 18th oct concern agent said they did not escalated this case until know to the backend team , its a complete failure from the initial agents which i spoke since 5th october 2020 to till 17th october 2020 keep on giving false information as they already escalated this case to back end team, however today i received a call (18th OCt 2020) from the back end team (Ritu Rai pandey) saying they did not recevied any request about the complaint which was told by the previous agent and he raised the complaint now and keep giving another day which on 21st october 2020
Its complete failure in regards to the serivces which were providing flipkart was very pathetic where the customer needs to follow up by several times and response was worst up to the core
I am completly fedup with the dates which keep on postponed kindly reply to the email where the date should not postponed from 21st october 2020 and issue get resolved promptly
