I had purchased a Laptop from Flipkart. The product configuration is not matched with product describe on the flipkart description. Now Flipkart is not willing to do refund of the product.
I had raised a return on next day(24 Dec 2020) of delivery of the product. to follow the process of Flipkart I have raised complains several time as below

also had a discussion with more then 100 flipkart executive to share a exact concern. but each executive not able resolve my query. Only discussion was happen from last one month.
False commitment with wrong configuration mention by Flipkart on their page. While discussion Flipkart told me they require Product is faulty confirmed by Brand only then Flipkart can do any process. So, I don’t understand “How Lenovo provides confirmation of defect which is not actually Lenovo defect” the actual defect at Flipkart side. Wrong information / Wrong product commitment written on the page
Filpkart mention that product comes with the 8 hour battery life with intensive gaming session? If it is mentioned then Flipkart has to provide me with such a product. not a product with 3 hour battery life.
