I had ordered a laptop from flipkart on 26 March 2023 – it was suppose to be delivered on 27 March 2023 2pm as per offer – however the order never got delivered and was informed by the pathetic useless customer service it will be delivered next day on 28th March 2023
I called spoke to customer service and they said it will be definitely delivered on 28th March 2023 by 7pm max
I again spoke to customer service and requested for a manager – they do not have manager and managers don’t come on the call – agent is again telling me it will get delivered next day
When I asked the agent full name – he is saying flipkart has a policy where customer service can only give first name – as per law they must provide us the full name on the call for records
When I asked for call transcript to be sent to me on email – they denied and said can’t do that as well
As per consumer law – customer has the rights to request call transcript
He transfered the call to Sr executive ayush and he disconnected the call on my face
After paying 55k for a laptop, I get this service from flipkart
I want to file a consumer complain in court so the flipkart gets fined billions of dollars, and start respecting indian customers
