This in bringing to your notice that we had raised a complain that we had got a defect product and we had placed request for return as well.
Still there is no proper response from your side.. Nor revert on the status of the same..
We are shifting our house by next week..if the product get damage means we wont be responsible for it..
Status showing as pick up Will be done on 15th and today is 18th. Why this much delay? And why there is no customer centric.. Never experience this type of lethargic when customers had raised issue on product..
I want the resolution in next 24hours or i will be forced to raise the issue in social media and your company ceo for the pathetic service and response on customers concern.
Note- Payment done for this order via Credit Card and if refund not done by Flipkart on time and if Bank charged any extra penalty then Flipkart should bare the amount. We are not responsible.
No response from the Flipkart on this. Hence need to file case against Flipkart.
