I have order a product from Flipkart and I have received a wrong product (ordered a shoe and I have received a used ladies slippers) . Now I have raised a complaint in Flipkart on 9/11/2022 for the return still they are saying we are trying to pick your order, neither they have mailed to courier service for the same nor they are refunding the amount. I have called more than 5 times they have said we will send someone tomorrow and it’s been 9 days I am hearing the same from them. And they have not sent the bill too with the product.
