We have ordered IPhone 14 with the exchange of our old phone. We have received our order but no one came to take our old phone. And in this way our money also got stuck. The deal was by buying new phone and taking exchange with old phone they will deduct old phone cost from the new phone cost. However here we have to give whole amount. Flipkart lied and cheated. After calling multiple times also they didn’t resolve our query.
