SIR IM PURCHASING PRODUCTS USING THE FLIPKART PAYLATER OPTION SINCE JAN 2022. ONE DAY (16-12-22) ICANT LOGIN TO MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT AND WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THERE IS THE MESSAGE SAYING THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED CONTACT UR CUSTOMER CARE . WHEN I CONTACT THEM THEY TOLD THAT DONT WORY WE WILL HELP YOU SHORTLY. THIS IS DONE THROUGH THE CALL BACK OPTION AVAILBALE IN THE APP. THEN I RECVD A MESSAGE FROM WHATSAPP SAYNG THAT MY ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARILY DEACTIVATED DUE TO UNWANTED ACTIVITIES. THEN ALSO HELPING OPTION WHEN I CHOOSE IT I RECEIVED THE OTP TO OPEN MUY FLIPKART ACCOUNT. I ENTERED IN WHATSAPP AND I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK . WHEN I OPEN AND REALLY SHOCKED THERE ARE NO TRANSSACTION DETAILS WHICH I HAVE DONE EARLIER AND I ALSO RECVD A REXT MESSAGE SAYING THAT ALL MY DETAILS WAS UPDATED TO ANOTHER NUMBER . IMMEDIATLY I CONTACTED THE FLIPKART CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SAID THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND SAID TO WAIT UNTILL 21ST DEC. BUT THE HACKERS MADE SOME TRANSSACTIONS USING THE PAYLATER OPTIONS. I AGAIN AND AGAIN REACHED THEM SIMULTANEOUSLY THROUGH PHONE CALL AND MAIL. BUT I DIDNT RECVD ANY RESPONSES FROM THEM. AND AFTER FEW DAYS THEY CONTACTED ME AND HELPED ME MY ACCOUNT BACK USING MY ID CARD AND SOME OTHER DETAILS . WHEEN I ASKED ABOUT THE TRANSSACTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. TILL NOW I DIDNT PAID THE MONEY . IT WILL ALSO AFFECT MY CIBILSCORE . SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT
