Text of Complaint by Shaan:

We purchased a mobile on Nov 2021, using Flipkart Paylater EMI with an EMI of INR3623/- pm.
We were paying the bills on time before the due date, however, the CIBIL report is reflecting as we did not pay and there is an Overdue for the month of Nov, Dec, and Jan wherein we paid the bills and Flipkart customer care has acknowledged the same over the call. Unfortunately, We do not have those call recordings. However, we have the information of the bills paid in our Flipkart account.
