Hi,
on May 1st 2021, my Experian credit score has been decreased from 882 to 741 because of IDFC first bank limited (sponsored bank for Flipkart pay later).
IDFC first bank filed two wrong suits which are of
1. wilful default
2. written off
based on the above issue I have contacted Flipkart many times over the past two and a half months. on June 12th or 13th, one of the Flipkart told me that there is no outstanding balance or any overdue balance in my Flipkart pay later account and it is showing in Flipkart because of a technical glitch. regarding this technical glitch, our partner IDFC First bank limited directly reported the CIBIL and the suit filed will be removed or rectified in the next report. (Incident: IN21060515574061795488 and IN21052513404237430141)
on June 7th, my credit score was reduced to 664.
on July 5th, my credit score was reduced to 654.
on July 15th, my credit score was reduced to 640.
On June 29th when I contacted Flipkart through chat, they are promoting India bulls instead of resolving the issue.
during the first week of July 2021, I went to the IDFC First Jaggayyapeta branch. they informed me that there is an outstanding balance of 547Rs on my account number: 27953868 and told me that they could not download the statement. I even wrote a letter state the above issue. they gave me the customer care number of IDFC bank. when I contacted the number, they told me that they couldn’t access my account statement and told me that they are just a sponsor for Flipkart pay later and we can’t do anything about it, just resolve the issue with Flipkart only.
again recently, I contacted Flipkart on 16th July. they told me that “at any cost, my issue will be resolved by 20th of July 2021.” after contacting me again 3-4 times on the 20th of July, they told, “we will send you an update on this within 24 to 36 business hours.”
today is the 24th of July they are not even replying to the emails that I am sending them.
when they are saying that there is no outstanding or overdue balance in my Flipkart pay later account. I don’t understand why they are not able to provide me with the payment link and why they are making me suffer even though I am not at fault.

THEY TRAPPED ME, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT AT FAULT. I HAVE PAID EVERY DUE ON TIME.
