Text of Complaint by Pinaki Ranjan Bhakat:

I have an account with Flipkart pay later which is connected with IDFC first bank. On June 2022 I have used rs 495/- with it and paid the whole amount on Aug 2nd 2022 which is within the given time period. But in Sept 2022 CIBIL report shows the score downgraded with 94 points. Earlier my score was 790 above now it is around 690+ which is totally a mismanagement by IDFC first bank and Flipkart. I am about to take a home loan but now it’s become a challenge. Resolve this issue at the earliest. I have total 14 accounts with CIBIL and not a single such issues happened earlier. Such a worst management this is. For your mis management I am suffering. Resolve this at the earliest.
