I am Souvik Sana. I am loyal customer of Flipkart for so many years. I have never missed any payments in my account for pay later services. But from August 2023 , my pay later account is blocked. I have always paid my dues before time, never delay or missed any payments. Still my account got blocked. It’s so frustrating. I am unable to use my pay later limit. I have contacted so many times to Flipkart & IDFC Bank so many but nothing has been done. I am feeling helpless Please help me out.
