On 07 October 2022 someone took over my flipkart account and used my pay later balance. He even changed my email id, mobile number and I don’t have access. He order 1 mobile from my Flipkart account by using my Flipkart paybylater EMI option and total billed amount was 46026 rs. I got to know about this by my E-mail .Now the whole amount is showing in my IDFC bank account. Flipkart paybylater option is linked with IDFC bank. I have also complainted about this to flipkart customer care and IDFC customer care. The fraud had every single information about my account. I only have the frauder mobile number and the address with his name where he placed order from flipkart.I am sharing some screenshot for your reference. Please help me out. I am very worried about this incident.
