Text of Complaint by Fairoj Khan:

On 8th Feb 2023, my Flipkart account got hacked . Someone placed the 14 orders worth Rs.14,826(1059*14=14826) from Flipkart Pay Later EMI service out of the INR 55,174 limit ( I never used this service).
These all transactios was happened the same day with same time.I tried login my account, and the message that popped up was “ Your account is inactive, please contact customer support to reactivate”
When I got the message I immediately started calling customer care to notify them about the issue. I mentioned that my account is hacked, please cancel the orders which placed, these are not placed by me. My call was dropping again and again and I explained the same case to 3 different executives and 2 senior-level persons to whom they transferred the call.
By that time it shows mislinieous transactions with same order id.

Now, there is a debt of 15,584K in my name for due added by the IDFC FIRST Bank to my payables for the month.
I googled and found many cases on the internet similar to mine for which Flipkart provided no resolution and they are still getting the payment reminders for the amount they never used.
After the so many days one of the Flipkart guy said that this is not our scope to resole.So please raise the complaint in cyber crime.Please find the attached screenshots for your referrence.

So please take the necessary actions.

Q 1: Why was no action taken by Flipkart immediately when they are getting calls from the registered number stating that the account is hacked?
Q2: It is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions for using Flipkart Pay Later EMI service that you will get an OTP for confirmation of the amount for which the order is placed.
Whereas I directly received a message that you have used this amount.
Why I didn’t receive OTP for confirmation on my registered number???IDFC FIRST Bank

It seems that someone from Flipkart is involved in it as an order is placed bypassing the account.

I have every proof of what I said above, but I can’t send it to Flipkart because in the name of automation the email id is disabled so that customers can use the chatbot option.
