In last year 2023 ,I placed an order of curtains on Flipkart later on when i received those curtains they were completely transparent so as a reason i wanted to return that so, placed a return the return date was 23 but the delivery scheduled the pick on 24 in such scenario i filed a complaint to Flipkart services regarding this they they will truly look after this when next day the delivery guy came i return him the goods properly with all the stick n pricing he accepted it n took it later on they cancelled my refund and said you have to pay for this bcuz the return due date is over i said i already filed a complaint it’s not my fault in sch scenario i called n answered the call of each n every sales rep. From Flipkart i had a conversation with more than 25+ sales rep i filed more than 25 complaint to fix my bill so i can pay but they didn’t did i requested to transfer the call to seniors nothing was taken seriously still. Now today an idfc bank employee called me and in a very abusive language he said firstly he doesn’t seem as an idfc employee he was completely talking in hindi n like a disrespective way like mere ko ni pta unko bolo tu sun terko paise dena pdenge this was the way his name was ganesh kind of from pune maharashtra branch ,now they are completely raising that amount continuously n forcing me to pay in a very un appropriate way even still jt was not my fault
