Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had ordered school backpack bag in Flipkart through Flipkart pay later option of Rs.305.00 on 23.06.2023 and the product was delivered on 28.06.2023 and due to quality of the product and zipper issue i returned the product on 30.06.2023 and Flipkart pay later bill was generated on 01.07.2023 including this returned product amount and I had made payment on 04.07.2023 including this product price also but still date refund was not credited to my account or that amount was not showing/reducing in July month bill in Flipkart pay later account. For this issue i complaint to Flipkart on 1st and 2ndof August,2023, they simply closing the complaint with out resolving the issue. Kindly look into this matter and do needful.
