I had a flipkart pay later account of 15000 which was never used in the last 2years. But I have never been using that account and it shows as written off inspite of showing me full credit as available and no dues. This impacting my CIBIL and creating issues for loan processing.
To Flipkart/ IDFC,
Please update the correct information and close the account as requested or I would have to go ahead with a lawsuit for consumer harassment.
