I was purchased headphones using Flipkart via paylater of IDFC bank of mine….
1,Item is empty
2,CIBIL score perpes
I’m paid that amount
And still not clear my loan account settlement
After that I am not repayed it now my cibil was dropped.
When I am trying to pay money the Flipkart has blocked my account so I many calls and mails to your customer support teams but still now they didn’t responded.
And still showing in my CIBIL score Pending ur IDFC FIRST BANK Loan
what can I do in this situation please canvey my request to settle all my account and loan issue
