My Name is Swatentra and my flipkart Account/Mobile no is 8527300434 I have been used flipkart from many years. before 1 Year ago i started using flipkart pay later and after that in the month of January i had try to do a order using flipkart pay later but when i tried to login my acciut it shows that my account is deactivated after that i called to the coustomer care representative and requested him to reactivate my account after that i oraderd a product of 2789rs using flipkart pay later after the time of bill generation it shows that total bill amout is 19883rs after that i called to the flipkart customer care representative and he says to me that your accout has been hacked and he says to that we investigating this case and after 4-5 they called me and says to me that your flipkart account has been hacked and two payments of rs 7165 and 9914 which made on 19th January 2023 so i requested him to gave the information about the bills but he says to me that these transactions are miscellaneous so we can not provide any details or any kind of information about it and they called me that you fule a complaint in cyber crime department after that i file a online complaint in cyber crime department and consumer court form but do not got any kind of response and satisfactory answer from anywhere so please help me because from this Fraud my cibile score must be affacted.
