Since April 2022, My flipkart account blocked, just beacuse i returned and cancelled an order on Flipkart Grocery. after two three months my cibil score dropped from 768 to 625, my credit independence and respect lost even after i paid all bills and dues on time. i complained about it to both Flipkart & IDFC Bank, but both were in ignorant manner. but i tried multiple times to the IDFC Bank, finally IDFC Bank Tele executives replied back and told me that your issue resolved by us, it does not effect your cibil score, if effected then it will be back as it was, after few months, my other app based cc blocked due to low cibil score and idfc issue, now this time i sent a mail for pay later reactivation but they replied they can’t, even on their site the due amount is still zero but at my cibil summery the due amount is still as it was.
my mistake was that i didn’t accept that grocery order and cancelled the order on flipkart. i have large book of details of my payment reciepts, transactions, cibil summery, idfc bank screenshots, flipkart pay later screenshots, but don’t where i can go and complained about it and get compensation for it. which government body is eligible and strong enough to take action against these financial cheaters
