Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have been using Flipkart pay later option and always payed my EMI before 5th of every month but still it is showing overdue amount in my credit report due to which my credit report falls down. Neither Flipkart nor IDFC bank is ready to help me out kindly let me know what to do. Even I have paid one overdue yesterday which was wasted as I talked to Flipkart representative an she told me no due is there from our side.
But this is regarding my unfortunate event that has happened with Credit Score when I went to Bank for loan.
When the bank took my credit score report from CRIF it showed low risk category but under personal loan section it mentioned 20 Negative accounts in Cibil Report. This itself is contradictory.
The banker asked me to give statement regarding this written off. I was shocked to see that there was default of amounts showing which is already paid. But in the report it never mentions the bank name or from whom you have taken. Then after checking all my mails and permutation and combination still nothing happened. Later I remembered Cred giving my score as well as showing where I am lending.
Then realized the culprit was Flipkart Pay Later by IDFC First Bank which has done this shady business and recklessness of putting incorrect information.
I tried contacting FK customer care thrice, first time they said to contact IDFC. Contacted IDFC they said I don’t have the account with them. Later again asked FK for providing me the loan statement she said shell look into it and after 20 mins cut my call after putting hold. Again called IDFC they said at least give Pay later account identification. Again called FK they said they don’t have any info on this.
After this I wrote mail to IDFC nodal officer, they replied it will be resolved in 2 days . Its 3rd working day nothing happened.
I had to apply loan and everything is up to date and no default till date. Yet these idiots have put incorrect data and I am stuck for their mistake!
Hence my sincere request to you guys keep checking your score either on cred or registered website and check on active loans and under that check due.
My all these years of savings went in vain just like that! My 10 lakh of loan is stuck bcos of this false Rs.82000.
I read previous threads on this platform, it has happened to them also. If anyone can help me in this regard it will be really grateful!
And my sincere request never ever use these pay later platforms, after this incident i read many blogs it has happened to lot of people. Use credit card or digital cash (upi or debit card).
