Dear sir/mam
I hope this complaint reach you and thanks for reading it.
Actually I have using Flipkart app since 2018 I hope and also used the payment later option at certain times and cleared everything one and half years ago but when I was checking my cibil report it shows like the Flipkart pay later account is still open means tha amount I used to purchase was paid but the loan account is not closed and it also affecting my cibil report.
I mailed may times to Flipkart customer care but the change till now date.
So pls kindly address this issue
