Hi,
My Flipkart account has been deactivated due to multiple login attempts ( Reason given by Flipkart support team). I had tried to connect with Flipkart Customer chat Support WhatsApp-9598283917 on Nov-02nd. During the verification process, I was getting multiple OTP requests and keeps me signing out from my account. I have shared the OTP for the verification with customer support. As soon as verification done, I have received SMS “The phone number linked to your Flipkart account has been updated to 9090785474 Please check your email for more details”. My email ID and phone number has been updated. I sensed something fraud happened. I had quickly called customer care asked to block pay later facility and block my account until the issue resolved. They were telling that this is due to some technical error/server issue etc and will get resolved issue within 24hrs. After multiple follow ups with customer support or emails to grievance.officer@flipkart.com – there is no response yet. Incident: IN22110308434708456039
04th Nov- Connected with Customer support and explained the issue again and came to know that there was an order made worth Rs 66000/-
through Flipkart Pay Later EMI option (which is done by the fraudster ).
No resolution or updates yet from the Flipkart Support.
Please help me on this issue!
