I applied for and utilized the Flipkart Pay Later service provided by IDFC Bank. My credit limit was set at INR 20,000. I diligently managed my account and ensured timely payments for all dues. Despite clearing all outstanding balances, I discovered that my Flipkart Pay Later account has been blocked, and my CIBIL report still reflects an active IDFC Bank loan of INR 20,000.This situation has caused significant inconvenience and confusion. I believe there may have been an error in the reporting or processing of my account status. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents, including proof of payment for all Flipkart Pay Later transactions and any correspondence related to my account status.I respectfully request the following actions:Unblock my Flipkart Pay Later account and reinstate it to good standing.Update my CIBIL report to accurately reflect the closure of the IDFC Bank loan associated with my Flipkart Pay Later account.I understand the importance of maintaining accurate credit records and am committed to resolving this issue expediently.
