dear sir
in September 2021 i have purchased a mobile through flipkart smart upgrade plan. the due amount for the smart upgrade I paid on October 26,2022 event though they have generated the flipkart pay later bill on the November 01,2022. I made several correspondences’ with flipkart pay later customer care but even after two months my issue still persist. they still didn’t adjusted the amount INR 8400 into my flipkart paylater bill. it would also spoil my CIBIL TransUnion score.
