I have requested for Nike shoe return, The day show was delivered it was raining heavily the box and the shoe were wet I took the order coz it was not the delivery guys fault, but now when I tried using the shoes I realised it’s very heavy so I placed a request to return the shoe now when the guy came to pick up the shoe he said I can’t collect it without the box, ofcourse I threw the box coz it was wet and who kept the wet box? I tried explanning this issue to your CS ,My call was DC Atleast 8 times. I am really disappointed with the experience order idOD222710702258350000
