I’m booking mobile on flipkart app and that order accepted by flipkart but not there seller and ordered cancelled by the seller.
But my payment deducted also processing fee charged by seller as per HDFC credit card team

Now payment is refunded but that fee not , when order is not accepted then which fee they charged and nit refunding me.
