Dear Sir
I have order mobile V1 5G vivo by Flipkart app on date 23/08/2022 and payment done by Bjaja EMI card by loan . As per flipkart his delivery date was 29/08/2022 but delivery is not done on same date after that delivery date was showing 04/09/2022 but mobile not delivered as promise date 04/09/2022 ,i have many time calling flipkart customer care but no one help me. After i have cancelled my order on date 05/09/2022 and refund request initiated ,as per customer care of flip kart refund will be initiated 8 business working day when order cancelled. But till date refund not receive ,i have many calling to flipkart customer care bit they are not resolved my problem and not give proper response my refund amount and my EMi will be deducte on date 22/09/2022 . I am very hrassed from Flipkart service and his customer care service.. please help me for refund my amount 17019 with in 1-2 days otherwise my EMI will be deducted..
