SUBJECT : NON RECEIPT OF REFUND ORDER OF SYSKA RUNTIME 50 MINUTES TRIMMER FOR MEN
DEAR SIR,
I HAVE GIVEN AN ONLINE ORDER AT FLIPCART ON 7TH JUNE,2020, FOR SYSKA RUNTIME 50 MINUTES TRIMMER FOR MEN, I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT ONLINE AND THE PRODUCT IS PAID BY RS. 1699/- AND I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON 12TH JUNE 2020.
BUT THE PRODUCT WHICH I RECEIVE IS NOT GOOD FOR USE AND THAN I REQUEST FLIPCART TO TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT ON 19TH JUNE BY MAIL TO FLIPCART AND FOR MY REFUND OF THE MENTIONED PRODUCT .
I HAVE TRIED TO TALK ON FLIPCART TOLL FREE FOR 8 TIMES BUT NOBODY FROM FLIPCART IS WILLING TO GIVE ME THE REPLY AND TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT AND GIVE ME MY REFUND.
I REQUEST CONSUMER COURT TO FILE COMPLAIN AGAINST BOTH FLIPCART AND HAVELLS INDIA LTD.(SYSKA PRODUCT Manufacturer) TO GIVE ME BACK MY REFUND AT EARLIEST.
