I have ordered a product on Flipkart payment done through online, it shows that it is going to delivered on 11th of October 2023 but I have received a notification that it has been delivered on October 12th at night 11.40 pm and I didn’t receive any call from delivery man. So I contacted Flipkart customer service I explained my issue they said your issue will be resolved on or before October 15. After 2 or 3 days they send me a notification that your issue has been resolved but I didn’t receive my product so called the Flipkart customer service again for the 4th time still they saying we will resolve your issue on or before October 21. i don’t know what to do I lost my money..
