Dear Sir / Madam,
We have given online order on dated 25th December 2018 wide the Order ID No. OD114250961660304000. Based on placed order I come to know that I will have received the items on dated 29th December 2018 but on 29th December I had not received any products. Due to not received the order in time limit I have not in position to give gift my friends and relatives on particular date. Why you have not given order in time limit ? Kindly clarify the reason as due to said issue my relation spoil with my friend and relatives.
For the above reason I have to Sui in court if you do not provide me compensation for the said issue.
Kindly give me compensation within in 24 Hrs otherwise I have to knock the door of consumer forum.
