I have order two phones based on subject line number on 23rd Sep’2022 and when delivery came I found something wrong in the box and declined the delivery.
But box were delivered and I didn’t open and they are seal packed as is. Since then I spoke to Flipkart customer representative multiple times and except assurance there are not helping with return and refunds
Have followed all the return steps and I urge if Flipkart can be asked to do the needful and same time being penalise for mental agony caused for last 10 days.
