Text of Complaint by Swati Singh:

I am writing this note to bring your kind attention to the inconvenience caused to me by Flipkart delivery services.

I had ordered iPhone 14 from Flipkart.
Order ID: OD429380198390032100

It was supposed to be delivered to me by yesterday ie., 14th October 2023 as promised by Flipkart itself. However, I have not received my product. I’m not getting proper response from Flipkart also.

This is not the first time it’s happening. Flipkart is providing false promises to attract consumers. I already ordered the product late by one week from the order date But Flipkart themselves promise delivery which they themselves cannot keep up.
I had to shift to new place the next day so I was at home at the given 14th oct day because there was a phone exchange to be done and I was the only person available in the house to do the same.

The product has already reached the nearest hub on 13th oct. I don’t know why the product is not delivered at the given time. I won’t be available at the place on their new updated date.

Request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
