We have ordered a redmi note 12 phone via flipkart we want an refund for the product under return policy but still they have created the mess saying that I have to visit service center ask for job sheet or something like that my simple question is if I am ordering online why I visit service center n all for any documents they can come check whatever the issue is they are being so rude and not providing any solution
