I order puma full sleeve solid men jacket did it right.
I placed the order on 20 nov.2022.
And I received the order on 24 nov.2022.
When I opened the order bag.I found the wrong item in it.
I received the different color item.
I called flipkart customer care and explained my problem.
And filed a complaint.
And I shared the image of the item.i received via smail.
But my complaint was rejected without assigning any reason.
So for I have registered my complaint 28 day with the flipkart customer care.
Till now no solution has been received for my complaint.
Sir I have been cheated.
I believe you.
You will help me .
Want to get my refund back as soon as possibly.
