My name is priya my contact number is 9891415503, 9990901660
i brought a mobile from Flipkart. it’s a defective product its have screen fertulation problem, many times screen not scroll down or not scroll up. And the mobile back panel write on it ( Android one ) its halfly erase i don’t think this mobile was original.
I receiv a call on 23october 2:26pm from Flipkart. the customer care executive says to me we had to done the troubleshooting in your mobile. i don’t know what kind of person Flipkart hire for his company. they are totally inresponsible and careless people’s they don’t understand how to solve customer problem. why they take troubleshooting on 23october. why they don’t make troubleshooting on 21october ( replacing request day ) that’s called unprofessionalness. i have call recordings of Flipkart customer care executive.
