I bought a infinix Hot 30i mobile phone on 5th april 2023 from FLIPKART. That mobile call audio is In the well, there is a sound like talking, but no clear sound. So I asked to change it. They informed that our officer will talk to us on 14th and then we will be transferred. On 16th they have waived it as it is not possible to transfer today. This is a scam to the customers.
