I want make your attention towards company Flip kart. I recently booked flight tickets from Flip kart travel But it’s cancelled by the airline due to COVID restrictions during lockdown. As I booked the return journey ticket ,Airline refunded the Single journey money to Flipkart and remaining balance they keep it in credit Shell.
But Flipkart even not refunded the money which is already refunded by airline to them .I contact Flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of Flipkart. Whenever i email them to refund my amount they start to tell different procedures by different customer executives. For big company like Flip kart its not suit for this kind of behavior. Am working in abroad and it very hard to call them every time. Please look into this matter please if you can.
